How They Can Help You!

American Student Travel wants to make sure you know how much we value your business! To show our appreciation we have designed a rewards program just for you. It’s called our Three R’s program. While you are very familiar with the Three R’s of education, let us explain how these work.

Rewards

As the organizing teacher, ASTA would like to reward you with some complimentary discounts:

You will receive one free trip for every eight (8) paying participants. This ratio can be adjusted, please contact our office with questions.
If you organize a group of less than eight full-paying participants, you are entitled to a pro-rated discount. You will receive credit of 1/8 of the price of the program per each paid participant.
If you organize a group of nine (9) or more full-paying , you may apply the additional discount toward a second teacher/counselor OR you may receive the 1/8 dollar amount per participant above eight. Your check will be sent prior to your departure.
Organizing teachers will receive one-half of a complimentary double room with a minimum of eight (8) fully paid participants
Spouse and children of organizing teachers may travel at a special family discount.

Repeat

We are positive that when you travel with ASTA, you will want to come back again. In doing so, we want you to know how much we appreciate your business by offering you these benefits:

If you traveled with a group of 15 or more students and you travel again the following year. You will receive a $150 discount on your trip for every 15 students who travel. Example: If you have a group of 30, you would get a $300 discount.
If you traveled with a group of 15 or more students and you travel again within two years from your last trip. You will receive a $75 discount on your trip for every 15 students who travel. Example: If you have a group of 45, you would get a $225 discount.
If you travel with a group of 15 or more students and you are traveling again for the third consecutive year. You will receive a one time $300 Three-peat Bonus plus other bonuses you have qualified for!

Referrals

It is common knowledge that a personal reference is the best form of advertising. “Tell a friend to tell a friend”.

For any new teacher that you refer to ASTA and travels with a group of 20 or more, you will receive a bonus of $200!
New teacher referrals must have not traveled with ASTA in the last 5 years . Referral must mention your name with the first inquiry and state that they are a referral from you in order for you to receive credit.
